The setup process was easy and the people who picked up the items were great. I did say in my initial setup that the furniture was up one flight of stairs. The pick up gentlemen thought it would be in the garage. It turned out okay but I can’t imagine they were happy to encounter the surprise steps.

The service was great! I scheduled it the day before, and they arrived within the specified timeframe. Henry and team were diligent and took the sofa apart and out of the house in no time.

Amazing service worth every penny and you know it's going to a good cause! I live in an older apartment building in the middle of DC so moving things in and out is not easy even for the professionals. Especially when the temperature is over 100 degrees (not kidding). But Jason from 5 Star Movers was punctual, communicative and friendly. He made it a breeze - I even took a call while they moved my old couch and other donations out for me.

Very happy with the pickup of our 9 bags of clothes/ coats. They were on time and let us know when to expect them as they got closer to our house. Very professional and good experience.
The drivers were courteous and friendly, moved quickly to remove all of the items. There were 15 bags of clothes, hats, shoes, tall walker for a man 6 feet 4 inches, oxygen machine and mobile scooter.
Resupply was very helpful! Had a lot of clothes I was looking to donate during a move but I have no vehicle to get the stuff there. Resupply was informative with communication and my courier was polite and helpful with getting large bags of clothes moved. Would recommend! Only feedback is they should text when driver arrives.
I’m very pleased with how they really understand why I’m giving these items to them for a great cause. They were on time very nice and just happy to get the items. I did it because my brother passed away from leukemia at 45 he was my only brother and had lots of clothes that he no longer needed and used very clean. Starting a new chapter in my life to with now moving so less the better for me. Thank you guys for the service. I don’t have a car so getting down there to drop off clothes would be an inconvenience for me. I was glad they still come to get the items some one can use. The pickup driver and hauler associates were early, fast, and efficient; they quickly removed items from the condo. There is a fee for the service, but we were glad that we could donate the mattress and some other household items to charity. I would much rather donate than sell! They picked up my bed frame for donation and they were very timely with the pickup. They even reached out to me ahead of time to make sure the pickup would be smooth process.
The two-man crew came when they said they would. They were friendly, kind, and efficient. When they were done, they put back the furniture they had had to move in order to take the bed frame. I would gladly employ these two young men again.
This was a very pleasant experience. I was given a time frame of 8 to 12 and the gentlemen arrived about 8:45 and made removing the adjustable bed frame look easy.

Henry Lopez and his partner were AMAZING today. They arrived on time and quickly moved all of my items. This was a truly DIFFICULT job. My apartment was on the 3rd floor of a walk up and they had to move a bed & frame, dresser, couch, desk, glass top table, end tables, lamps and rugs. They were friendly, fast, and professional.
