ReSupply can pick up your items the next day, as soon as 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, subject to availability.

Schedule online or by phone, choose a pickup window, and a licensed team comes to your home. Items are removed from any room, disassembly handled on the spot, and delivered directly to a local charity partner. A tax receipt arrives in your inbox after the pickup is complete.

ReSupply works to find a charity partner that can accept each item you schedule for pickup. If one charity cannot take a specific item, our haulers will work to complete the pickup with additional stops at other partners when possible.

In rare cases where an item cannot be donated to any of our charity partners, we will ensure it is responsibly recycled or ethically disposed of. Please note that additional fees may apply for items that require recycling or disposal.

Through our fee-based all-in-one pickup service, you are covering the costs of the fuel; professionally licensed and insured haulers; possible recycling services; and the transportation needed to find your items a new home-expenses that would otherwise come out of the pockets of our partner charities.

• Handling Complex Situations: Our professional haulers are here to take the hard work off of your hands. Whether it is disassembling items or navigating stairs, we’ve got it covered. We carefully manage our workload to ensure that even completed, multi-story pickups are handled smoothly and efficiently, so you don’t have to lift a finger. 

Pricing is specific to your area, however in most areas, pickups start at just $99. You’ll receive a custom quote when you schedule your pickup either online or over the phone. Pricing is based on the number of items you’re looking to have removed, and things that add significant time on site like staircases or disassembling items.

Please note that while we will pick up anything you’re looking to have removed, additional fees may apply for items deemed non-donatable like a used mattress or a damaged item. 

Yes. Donors can combine furniture, appliances, clothing, and household goods into a single appointment. Scheduling everything together simplifies the process and maximizes the impact for local charity partners.

Many charity partners accept mattresses and bed frames when items are clean, sanitary, and free from major stains or tears. Acceptance depends on local regulations and the specific partner in your area. If one partner cannot take it, ReSupply works to find one that can.

ReSupply accepts sofas, sectionals, mattresses, bed frames, dressers, dining tables and chairs, office furniture, bookshelves, appliances, and most other household items.
