Frequently Asked Questions
Your items are delivered directly to your assigned local charity partner, where they are used or sold in support of the charity’s mission. If that charity cannot accept something, teams work to deliver it to another charity partner.
Teams work to donate everything they collect, but charities can only accept items that support their mission. Anything that cannot be placed can be recycled or responsibly disposed of for an added fee, or removed from your pickup.
Clean, usable, and in good condition. Charities accept items they can use or sell, so working condition and cleanliness make the difference. Hazardous materials cannot be accepted.
